ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME TO EACH CLASS
Candlelight Vinyasa Yoga with Erica Martino every Monday evening 7:00-8:30PM (Intermediate/Advanced) $15 per class
We are happy to introduce -
Sunrise Yoga with Amanda Mahler every Wednesday morning 7:00-8:00AM (Beginner/Intro to Intermediate) $15 per class
In each of these classes we will be working on pranayama techniques (breath work), asanas (postures), a form of meditation and our chakra's (the 7 main energy centers) within our body!

These are some things to know before you come to the studio:
- Please turn off or silence your phones at the studio
- Please do not apply perfume or lotions just prior to class, as some students have odor sensitivities and/or allergies
- Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing
- Please notify the instructor before class if you are pregnant
- If you are running a few minutes late, please be as quiet as possible entering the room
- Avoid eating a big meal before class
- We provide props (blocks, blankets, straps). No need to bring, unless you prefer your own
- Most importantly there is no judgment. Relax, Let Go & Breathe!

Yoga Class Descriptions/Teacher’s Bio
Candlelight Vinyasa Yoga – Intermediate/Advanced (7-8:30PM)
Escape from your day and enjoy the tranquility of Candlelight Yoga. Classes blend vinyasa movement with a focus on relaxing into the deepest layers of the body to return us to a place of release, surrender and calm. We like to throw in some challenging poses in this class; modifications are always encouraged so listen to what your body is telling you.
About Erica Martino
Erica has been practicing yoga for over eight years and has received her 200 Hour Teacher Training Certification in Padme Yoga at Blue Moon Yoga Studio, which includes the Hatha Yoga Style that stresses the importance of body, mind and spirit connection, and incorporates pranayama and the energy systems of the chakras. She teaches a gentle but challenging yoga style with true pureness, relaxation and spirituality! Erica truly believes that yoga is for everyone and everyBODY. She wants to share the gift of yoga to everyone in her path to remind people that we are all one with the universe- OM. Practicing yoga is a process, it's not about getting poses perfect it's about being sensitive to your body and being quiet enough to hear your inner voice and honoring your body at all times! Erica is also certified in Reiki I and is in the process of studying Reiki II to deepen her knowledge on the energy within the body so she can incorporate her Reiki into her yoga classes! Om Shanti!
Sunrise Yoga – Beginner / Intro to Intermediate (7-8:00AM)
Our early morning class for those who want to start their day with yoga before they head out to work. This hour-long class incorporates classic postures and breathing practices to greet the day. Enough work so your body knows you’ve practiced, but not so strenuous that you won’t want to go to work!
About Amanda Mahler
My name is Amanda Mahler. I am a student of life, a yogi, an Artist, Nature lover, Floral designer, Peace believer, Reiki giver and Receiver, Sober Sister, Music lover, Butterfly watcher, Book Reader, Vegetarian, tea and coffee drinker. I walk my path connecting my heartbeat the rhythm of Mother Earth. Addiction is a big part of my story between eating disorders and alcohol I had spent most of my life with a disconnect from my body and mind. Along with many other healing practices Yoga has led to me to find peace. It has allowed me to pursue a path of unity while reconnecting with my true self and turn inward. I hope to share with you what has freely been given to me allowing your soul to shine. Walk in, remove your shoes, leave behind the concerns of everyday life, roll out your mat, take a seat, and just breathe. 💜
